I had a great experience at this hotel, which while a bit older, was clean and very functional for our family trip. The staff went out of their way to help us, even driving us to a supermarket. The breakfasts were a highlight for my kids. However, our stay was somewhat marred by loud guests returning late from their nights out, particularly snowboarders who weren't very respectful of others.
